Operaciones en efectivo: La realización de operaciones en las que se maneje efectivo constituye un factor de riesgo LA/FT/FP y C/ST. Por lo tanto, el Sujeto Obligado que realice operaciones en efectivo, deberá establecer la forma en que se manejarán dichos dineros en los negocios, para lo cual, habrá de tenerse en cuenta, cuando menos, las características propias de su actividad. Es deber del Sujeto Obligado diseñar y establecer patrones que se consideren normales en su funcionamiento para que, aquellas operaciones en efectivo que se aparten de tales patrones puedan considerarse como una señal de alerta.
