Modifíquese el inciso primero del artículo 570 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 570. Procedimiento del decomiso directo. Dentro de la misma diligencia de decomiso directo, el interesado deberá aportar los documentos que amparen la mercancía de procedencia extranjera, que demuestren su legal importación e impidan su decomiso”.
