Definición. Para efectos del presente Capítulo se definen como establecimientos hospitalarios y similares, todas las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud, públicas, privadas o mixtas, en las fases de promoción, prevención, diagnóstico, tratamiento y rehabilitación física o mental.
