° Del valor total de los contratos que se celebren para servicios particulares de las Bandas Militares, se destinará el 30 por 100 para reparaciones del instrumental y adquisición de repertorio, y el 70 por 100 se distribuirá entre los Músicos que prestaron el servicio, proporcionalmente, con relación a la categoría del puesto que ocupen. Hará la distribución el Músico Mayor, de acuerdo con el Comandante del Cuerpo respectivo.
