De las conservas . Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por conserva, el producto de la pesca que es envasado herméticamente y sometido a un tratamiento térmico, de forma tal que no se altere ni represente peligro alguno para la salud del consumidor, bajo condiciones apropiadas de almacenamiento durante un tiempo prolongado.
