La presente ley rige a partir de su sanción y publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga el inciso 2° del artículo 37 de la Ley 9ª de 1989; artículo 32 de la Ley 105 de 1993 ; el artículo 83 de la Ley 1450 de 2011 ; parágrafos 1° y 2° del artículo 87 de la Ley 1474 de 2011 ; y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
