° El artículo 261 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: Embarque por aduana diferente. Cuando las mercancías vayan a embarcarse por una Administración de Aduana diferente a aquella en donde se presente la solicitud de autorización de embarque, ésta se tramitará en la Administración de Aduanas bajo cuya jurisdicción se encuentren las mercancías y se transportarán como tránsito aduanero hasta la aduana de salida.
