Decreto 2047 de 1996 · por la cual se autoriza a la Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica, Corelca, para celebrar un empréstito interno con la Financiera Energética Nacional S.A., FEN, hasta por la suma de $68.898.000.000 moneda legal colombiana, con garantía de la Nación.
