Para la ampliación de los servicios del Museo de Arte Colonial, dependiente de la Universidad Nacional, se destinara la casa de propiedad nacional marcada con el número 9-51 de la carrera 6ª de Bogotá, que adquirió según la escritura pública número 578, de 15 de febrero de 1946, de la Notaria Quinta de la misma ciudad.
