El control y vigilancia en relación con el cumplimiento de las normas sobre control de precios serán ejercidas a nivel nacional por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio y a nivel descentralizado por las demás autoridades indicadas en el artículo 12 de este Decreto. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio informará e impartirá las instrucciones pertinentes a las autoridades departamentales, intendenciales y comisariales, sobre las medidas adoptadas y la política general del Gobierno en materia de precios.
