Solo procede la inscripción del embargo de los bienes dados en prenda cuando la mutación de estos bienes esté sujeta a inscripción en el Registro Mercantil (establecimientos de comercio, cuotas o partes de interés). En caso de que la mutación de los bienes dados en prenda no esté sujeta a inscripción en el Registro Mercantil, las cámaras de comercio se abstendrán de inscribir la medida e informarán al juez de tal situación.
