º . Mecanismos de pago de pensiones . De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 5 del Decreto 1668 de 1997, el numeral 2º del artículo 4º del Decreto 1132 de 1994, la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro deberá pagar las pensiones de los ex afiliados a Fonprenor que serán pagadas por el Fopep, hasta la fecha en que efectivamente este Fondo sustituya la obligación de pago de esas pensiones.
