Dentro de la facultad que tiene la C.N.C.A. de establecer los montos, modalidades y condiciones de los proyectos de inversión objeto del Incentivo a la pequeña y mediana producción ganadera, la misma podrá en adición a lo señalado en este decreto, regular la elegibilidad de predios, determinar los porcentajes de reconocimiento del Incentivo y definir montos máximos para los mismos.
