Al que arroje cualquier objeto capaz de producir daño, cuando del hecho se derive un peligro común y siempre que no constituya delito de mayor gravedad, se le impondrá pena de prisión de seis (6) meses a cinco (5) años. La sanción se regulará de acuerdo con el peligro que se hubiere derivado del hecho.
