º . Información . Cuando quiera que de la queja presentada se desprendan posibles hechos violatorios de las normas de ética médica, el régimen disciplinario de la misma entidad o se prevea la tipificación de algún delito, el Superintendente Seccional de Salud que esté conociendo del asunto oficiará a las autoridades competentes, para que inicien las acciones correspondientes. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de la investigación y las sanciones que le corresponde aplicar a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud por competencia.
