Decreto 1269 de 2017 · por el cual se adiciona la Sección 2 al Capítulo 5 al Título 5 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1069 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Justicia, por el cual se dictan disposiciones sobre tratamientos penales especiales respecto a miembros de la Fuerza Pública, reglamentando la Ley 1820 de 2016, y se dictan otras disposiciones.
