ARTICULO 25. SOCIEDADES ABIERTAS EN EL REGIMEN DE LA PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. Para efectos de la prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil celular se entiende por sociedad anónima abierta aquella en que ninguna persona natural o jurídica sea titular, por sí o por interpuesta persona, de más del treinta por ciento (30%) de las acciones representativas del capital social y que tengan inscritas sus acciones en bolsa de valores, sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de los requisitos que para este tipo de sociedades se establezcan en otras disposiciones legales.
