Confórmase la Comisión para la Coordinación y Seguimiento de los Procesos Electorales, la cual estará integrada por el Ministro del Interior, quien la presidirá, el Ministro de Comunicaciones, el Ministro de Defensa Nacional, el Procurador General de la Nación, el Defensor del Pueblo, el Secretario Jurídico de la Presidencia de la República, el Fiscal General de la Nación, el Presidente del Consejo Nacional Electoral, el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil, o sus delegados. Actuará como Secretario de la Comisión el Viceministro del Interior.
