Artículo séptimo. Las Juntas de Adjudicación determinarán la calidad de damnificadas de entre las solicitantes dentro del piafo improrrogable de cuatro (4) meses contados a partir de la techa de este Decreto y presentarán al Instituto de Crédito Territorial, dentro del mes inmediatamente siguiente, las listas de las personas a quienes se haya aceptado como beneficiarios. Estas listas no excederán el número de viviendas que se hayan construido en cada población, al tenor de lo dispuesto por el Artículo 2° de la Ley.
