Las obligaciones de la Sociedad Administradora del fondo bursátil y de su junta directiva serán las previstas en los artículos 3.1.3.1.3 y 3.1.5.1.1 del presente decreto, teniendo en cuenta las características especiales de los fondos bursátiles. El alcance de las obligaciones de la Sociedad Administradora del fondo bursátil será el previsto en el artículo 3.1.3.1.2 del presente decreto.
