El artículo 6º del Decreto 2016 de 1992 quedará así: " REUNION DE LA JUNTA . Las Juntas Directivas de las sociedades comisionistas y sociedades calificadoras de valores deberán reunirse en forma ordinaria por lo menos una vez al mes, para lo cual deberán efectuar los correspondientes ajustes a sus estatutos".
