Mensualmente la Oficina examinadora de cuentas rendirá al Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro un informe que contenga, en datos numéricos precisos, el resultado de los trabajos que hayan sido ejecutados en el mes inmediatamente anterior. Dicho informe será presentado en uno de los cinco primeros días de cada mes, y llevará las firmas del Presidente y del Secretario.
