Los fondos recaudados por concepto de los derechos de matrícula, la expedición de las tarjetas y por cualquier otro concepto, serán administrados por la Asociación Colombiana de Ingenieros Navales y Profesionales Afines, “Acinpa”, de acuerdo con los procedimientos que establezca el Consejo Nacional.
