° Autorización de inscripción. El Director General de Aduanas autorizará la inscripción a quienes pretendan realizar actuaciones de intermediación aduanera, previo estudio de la documentación que acompañe la solicitud respectiva. Toda autorización deberá tomar en consideración las calidades del solicitante, las necesidades del servicio aduanero y la dinámica del comercio exterior del país, con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto.
