º De la distribución de la planta de personal global . El Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, mediante resolución, distribuirá los empleos de la planta de personal global a que se refiere este Decreto, de acuerdo con la estructura orgánica del Departamento, las necesidades del servicio y la naturaleza y responsabilidad de los empleos.
