Adiciónese el Título 9 a la Parte 1 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “TÍTULO 9 MUNICIPIOS Y DISTRITOS SOBRE LOS QUE APLICA EL PRECIO EXCEPCIONAL DE LA VIVIENDA DE INTERÉS SOCIAL Artículo 2.1.9.1. Precio Excepcional de la Vivienda de Interés Social. El precio máximo de la Vivienda de Interés Social será de ciento cincuenta (150) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes para las viviendas que se ubiquen en los siguientes distritos y municipios pertenecientes a las aglomeraciones urbanas definidas por el documento Conpes 3819 de 2014 cuya población supera un millón (1.000.000) de habitantes: AGLOMERACIÓN MUNICIPIO - DISTRITO Barranquilla Sitionuevo Sabanalarga Ponedera Palmar de Varela Sabanagrande Santo Tomás Malambo Soledad Galapa Barranquilla Bogotá Tabio Cajicá Cota Sibaté La Calera Funza Chía Mosquera Facatativá Zipaquirá Madrid Soacha Tocancipá Bogotá Bucaramanga Piedecuesta Girón Floridablanca Bucaramanga Cali Puerto Tejada Candelaria Yumbo Jamundí Cali Cartagena Clemencia Turbaco Cartagena Medellín Girardota Caldas Itagüí Sabaneta La Estrella Envigado Copacabana Bello Medellín
