Artículo cuarto. Los colegios de bachillerato aprobados, tanto oficiales como privados, podrán practicar exámenes de validación de asignaturas aisladas, correspondientes a los cursos primero a cuarto, inclusive, sin previa autorización del Ministerio de Educación Nacional; pero esta facultad queda naturalmente limitada a los cursos que tengan aprobados los respectivos planteles.
