Son funciones judiciales de la Cámara de Representantes:

1ºAcusar ante el Senado, cuando hubiere justa causa, al Presidente de la República, a los Ministros del despacho, a los Consejeros de Estado, al Procurador General de la Nación y a los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia; y

2º Conocer de los denuncios y quejas que ante ella se presenten por el Procurador General de la Nación o por los particulares, contra los expresados funcionarios, y si prestaren mérito, fundar en ellos acusación ante el Senado
