Artículo único. El Vicepresidente de la República queda facultado para designar el Ministro y el funcionario público que deben desempeñar las funciones de Presidente y Vicepresidente de la Junta de Transportes, creada por el Decreto legislativo número 1,254, de 9 de Noviembre próximo pasado, cuando no puedan presidirla el Ministro de Hacienda y el Tesorero general de la República, por razón de la ocupación de estos empleados. Comuníquese y publíquese.
