Articulo 1° Destinase para servicio del Ministerio de Trabaje Higiene y Previsión Social, el lote de terreno correspondiente la manzana, número 73, comprendida entre las carreras 5ª-A y 6ª y calles 13 y 14, con una área aproximada de 5.454 metros cuadrados, ubicado en el mencionado Municipio. La especificáción de este inmueble figura en el plano topográfico levantado por e Consejo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales en el año de 1940.
