Información asociada. La información asociada a los ejemplares depositados en las colecciones biológicas registradas deberá ser entregada al Instituto de Investigación de Recursos Biológicos "Alexander von Humboldt, previo convenio suscrito entre éste y el titular de la colección.

Parágrafo

Entiéndase por información asociada la información científica y técnica obtenida con ocasión de la colecta, recolecta, captura, caza, pesca y manipulación de los especímenes o muestras de la diversidad biológica.
