Los períodos improductivos en los cultivos de mediano y tardío rendimiento serán los siguientes

Dos (2) años: piña, uva, caña, plátano, banano, maracuyá, papaya;

Tres (3) años: café caturra, guabaya, pera, manzana, durazno;

Cuatro (4) años: cacao, cítricos, aguacate, café arábigo, fique;

Cinco (5) años: coco, nolí, palma africana, mango. La duración del ciclo improductivo de los cultivos de mediano y tardío rendimiento no enumerados en el presente artículo, será fijado por el Ministerio de Agricultura, mediante resolución.
