Deber de suministro de información . Las Cámaras de Riesgo Central de Contraparte, y las contrapartes deberán suministrar a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, a las autoridades competentes y a los organismos autorreguladores, la información que sea requerida para el cumplimiento de sus funciones. Las Cámaras de Riesgo Central de Contraparte podrán divulgar la información relativa al sistema de garantías destinado al cumplimiento de las obligaciones de sus contrapartes sin que se requiera autorización, así como cualquier información que considere pertinente.
