Aprobar el Acuerdo número 08 de fecha 3 de febrero de 1981, de la Junta Directiva de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 08 DE 1981 por el cual se fijan las cuotas patronales, laborales y pensionales con destino a la Caja Nacional de Previsión. La Junta Directiva de la Caja Nacional de Previsión, en uso de sus facultades legales y estatutarias, especialmente las conferidas por el artículo 14 del Decreto 434 de 1971, ACUERDA:
