Conversión del fondo de capital privado. Cuando un fondo de capital privado se convierta en fondo de inversión colectiva inmobiliaria, no deberá realizar el procedimiento de liquidación de Fondos de Capital Privado establecido en el presente título, únicamente deberá ajustar su reglamento en los términos que para el efecto establezca la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
