Las sales ya explotadas de las salinas de la Guajira y de la de propiedad particular de conformidad con el sistema establecido en la Ley 44 de 1910 . Podrán internarse por los puertos de la República, pagando los derechos que el Gobierno establezca. El Gobierno hará tomar nota de las existencias de sales a la expedición de esta Ley, por medio de los empleados del ramo, y dictará las providencias necesarias tendientes a garantizar los derechos adquiridos de los tenedores de sales y asegurar así mismo, los intereses del fisco.
