º El Artículo 115 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: Despachos Urgentes y de Socorro: Las mercancías de despacho urgente y las de socorro, en tránsito, tendrán un trato preferencial y se atenderán con prioridad. Las mercancías de socorro no requerirán fianza ni documentos originales y los datos del documento de transporte serán suficiente comprobante de tal condición. En el tránsito al interior la propia Aduana tramitará de oficio el despacho correspondiente.
