PERMISO PROVISIONAL DE OPERACIÓN. La operación provisional de la nave de que trata el

Parágrafo

del artículo 90 del Decreto-ley 2324 de 1984, solamente se autorizará si la nave está en posesión de los certificados de seguridad enumerados en el artículo 22 del presente Decreto, además del certificado de cancelación de matrícula, del pasavante cuando corresponda y se compruebe su propiedad.
