Con el 10% del valor de las colocaciones de los Títulos de Ahorro Nacional, TAN, que se realicen a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, se constituirá un fondo para amortizar los títulos que sean presentados para su redención o recompra anticipada, cuando el valor de éstas supere el de las captaciones. En el momento en que el fondo se redujere por debajo del 10% del valor de los documentos en circulación, toda nueva colocación de Títulos de Ahorro Nacional, TAN, deberá destinarse en primer lugar a este fondo, hasta recuperar el nivel señalado.
