Art. 3.° Los bonos expedidos por subvención á los ferrocarriles continuarán amortizándose en las Aduanas del Atlántico y Cúcuta, con los porcentajes destinados por la ley. Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones que sean contrarias al presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
