El Banco Agrícola Hipotecario podrá comprar de acuerdo con el Ministerio de Industrias, los reproductores de toda clase de ganados que se destinen a la venta, lo mismo que las aves de corral, plantas, cte., a que se refieren los artículos 10, 11 y 18 de la Ley 75 de 1926 .
