Son también acreedores a jubilación los empleados en la Instrucción pública por el tiempo indicado, siempre que en los términos de esta ley comprueben:

1o. Su conducta moral y aptitudes;

para ganar la subsistencia y carecer de medios para vivir, o bien ser mayor de sesenta años; juradas de seis por lo menos de sus discípulos que por su conducta moral, su patriotismo, servicios prestados a la sociedad y pro sus buenas costumbres e inteligencia hayan ocupado o estén ocupando distinguida posición como padres de familia y como ciudadanos.
