Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente Decreto rige a partir del 1º de mayo de 1994, y deja sin efecto lo previsto en las Resoluciones 45, 46, 47 y 48 de 1991 de la Junta Monetaria y sus normas concordantes, los Decretos 846 y 2652 de 1993, el Artículo 2º. del Decreto 541 de 1994, los numerales 1º y 3º del artículo 83 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, así como las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
