Por la sindicatura de cada Establecimiento se suministrara a los preso periódicamente; el jabón necesario tanto para el lavado, para su aseo personal. Solamente con autorización expresa de la dirección, podrán los reclusos, podrán a mandar a lavar sus ropas fuera del Establecimiento. La Dirección podrá dar licencia para que, previo arreglo entre los interesados, un recluso pueda hacerse cargo del lavado de las ropas de otros.
