º . Publicación de los contratos . Deberán publicarse en el Diario único de Contratación Pública, o a falta de éste en la Gaceta Oficial de la respectiva entidad territorial o por algún mecanismo determinado en forma general por la autoridad administrativa territorial, que permita a los habitantes conocer su contenido, todos los contratos que celebren las entidades estatales señaladas en el artículo 2º de la Ley 80 de 1993, con o sin formalidades plenas, cuyo valor sea igual o superior a 50 salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
