Procedimiento de enajenación en la Segunda Etapa. En desarrollo de esta etapa se invitará públicamente a los interesados que reúnan las condiciones que se establezcan en el Reglamento y en el aviso de inicio de la Segunda Etapa, a participar en el proceso de enajenación de la totalidad de las Acciones que no sean enajenadas en la Primera Etapa. La Segunda Etapa deberá hacerse mediante mecanismos que garanticen amplia publicidad y libre concurrencia, según se determine en el Reglamento.
