El Artículo 7ºdel Decreto 2824 De 1991 Quedará Así " Artículo 7º Operadores En La Red Celular B : Sólo Podrán Participar En La Licitación En Cuanto A La Red Celular B, Las Personas Jurídicas Constituidas Como Sociedades Especializadas En Telecomunicaciones, Que No Tengan Entre Sus Socios A Una Empresa Operadora Del Servicio De Telefonía Fija O Convencional En Colombia, Que Se Encuentren Debidamente Inscritas En El Registro De Proponentes De Que Trata El Artículo 14 De Este Decreto

º El artículo 7ºdel Decreto 2824 de 1991 quedará así " Artículo 7º Operadores en la Red Celular B : Sólo podrán participar en la Licitación en cuanto a la Red Celular B, las personas jurídicas constituidas como sociedades especializadas en telecomunicaciones, que no tengan entre sus socios a una empresa operadora del servicio de telefonía fija o convencional en Colombia, que se encuentren debidamente inscritas en el Registro de Proponentes de que trata el artículo 14 de este Decreto.

Parágrafo

Para efecto de lo dispuesto en este Decreto, se entiende por sociedad especializada en telecomunicaciones aquella que tenga por objeto social principal la prestación al público de servicios de telecomunicaciones".
