Sanciones . El incumplimiento de los requisitos dispuestos en el presente capítulo dará lugar a la imposición de las sanciones legales pertinentes por parte de la Aunap así como a la cancelación del permiso, previo agotamiento del procedimiento sancionatorio consagrado en la Ley 1437 de 2011 o la norma que la modifique, sustituya o derogue.
