Art. 3.º Continuarán igualmente en vigencia en dicho Departamento las leyes generales en materia judicial, fiscal y militar y las que regulan la instrucción pública, con las modificaciones y adiciones contenidas en los artículos siguientes:

Lleva esta ley la sanción del día 20, habiendo sido expedida por el Congreso en 6 de Septiembre último, porque hasta el presente se trajeron de la Cámara de Representantes los ejemplares auténticos
