Ferrovías podrá aportar los corredores férreos de su propiedad para que formen parte del Sistema de Transporte Masivo. El valor comercial de dichos corredores hará parte de los aportes de las entidades descentralizadas, a los cuales se refiere el artículo 2º de la presente Ley.

Ferrovías hará los estudios necesarios para determinar la posibilidad de entregar en concesión las líneas férreas que de Zipaquirá, Facatativá y Soacha ingresan al Centro de Bogotá.
